[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] Useless unhelpful staff. I tried to rent a property through this agents and they were extremely rude and did not provide a good service. I had been warned about this agent by colleagues that had tried to rent through them and am dissapointed that they were correct when they said not to use them. It would not surprise me if they write these good reviews themselves. I would never consider using them again [[EDIT ORIGINAL END]] Useless unhelpful staff. I was with the Wolf's for 3 and a half years and predominantly dealt with Lorraine and Lin. Firstly when we moved in the house was very dirty. Walls - my wife spent hours cleaning them. I have recently let a property with Wolfs and have not one good word to say about them except how quickly they are willing to take your money. Wolfs did not provide good customer service. Wolfs did not communicate properly with me as a tenant. Wolfs charged a clean up fee at the end of the lease even though the apartment was left in a better condition than it was originally in. There is no chance of me using Wolf's again. I had to... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
