They are scammers liars abusers and fraudsters. They left toxic black mould growing in my room the whole time I’ve been here blackmailed me saying they wouldn’t remove it unless I took down my review about them then they pretended to remove it by painting over it I’ve had 7 ear infections because of them not removing it resulting in 5 trips to my gp and 14 trips to a and E and 6 courses of antibiotics. As a result it’s ruined my ability to work so they owe me £10,000 for that and another £30,000 for damage to my body £5,000 for distress £40,000 for committing fraud £50,000 for lying about removing toxic black mould and £100,000 for laughing at the infections it’s caused over the phone indicating their dojng it deliberately. When I went into their office to complain they said they’d make false allegations against me to the police to get me evicted. Also I’ve heard that they’ve done this to others and one family with a small child had their child pass away from a lung infection due to a huge amount of black toxic mould they painted over and they ignored the families cries for help for months and laughed at them whenever they called to ask them to remove it.
