Well I feel the 'prospective client' escaped the clutches of Michael Jones. Unfortunately I wasn't that lucky. Their service is abysmal. Its been about 2 months that I paid the money to get the property of the market, signed the contract and made all arrangements for my move, including my current landlord renting out my present flat. And now 4 days prior to my move, Michael Jones very callously tells me that the property will only be ready after another 2 weeks. They have completely washed their hands saying they have no responsibility and all expenses that has been incurred to me will not be reimbursed or addressed. Their only solution was we can show you three other properties which you can move into in 3 days time. The cheek of the people. Makes you question the whole purpose of their existence other than to steal your hard-earned money.

I sympathise entirely, we have been consistently lied to, let down and treated as the enemy for wanting to buy a flat they had obviously decided was for someone they know. after offering the full asking price we were asked many times how much more we could go to (there were no other offers at the time) then we were told no decision would be made until after several more viewings, the next day it was removed and suddenly appeared under offer. When we asked why we were not notified or given a chance to increase our offer we were basically told we should have offered more to start with and treated with utter contempt.
