We rent a house from Leaders Kenilworth since August 2022. The maintenance teams did not answer to maintenance requests. We have had many problems since we moved into the house and the Leaders fails to response to almost all of our requests. We have to report our situation to the Warwick council to get they to solve our problems. AVOID this agent if you can.

We (landlords) originally had 4 properties let with Leaders Kenilworth and due to ongoing gross incompetence at both local office and regional level, we have moved 3 of our properties to another agent over time.
