I've been in a John Monk & Co property for 11 months now, and for the first 3-4 months I complained about woodlice literally all over the apartment, in every room, but nothing was done about them. It is now 11 months down the line and the woodlice are getting worse again, much worse than when I moved in, no matter what I do. They haven't even optioned an idea that would help, or suggested getting a fumigation team out or anything of the sort. What kind of landlord let's their tenants live in their INFESTED properties?! WHO LETS SOMEONE MOVE INTO AN INFESTED PROPERTY, THEN LETS THEM COMPLAIN FOR 11 MONTHS WITH ABSOLUTELY 0 RESOLVE? Worst agency. Too stuck up to give a shit about single tenants.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
