I've been in a John Monk & Co property for 11 months now, and for the first 3-4 months I complained about woodlice literally all over the apartment, in every room, but nothing was done about them. It is now 11 months down the line and the woodlice are getting worse again, much worse ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
