Poor experience. Arranged a viewing of a property that had just gone on the market. Travelled 40 miles to see said property. Three quarters through the viewing the agent asked if we’d seen the email sent a couple of hours before. We hadn’t. Best and final offers required in less than 24 hours, including funds proof and solicitor information. On a cash purchase of 800k. Great. Waste of trip. Very non engaging agent.

They failed to complete contractual obligations which resulted in my property damage which they took no responsibility for and and had to be resolved with Property Ombudsman intervention. Went through them to rent a house in blankney where I'm from had a gurantor in my dad who was going to be paying the rent for me and my son something came back on credit check for me to which they gave kepted the nearly £200 and basically said that's it won't return my emails ... Read Full Review

We were interested in letting a property advertised by Mount & Minster. We gave full details to Daniel Baines and asked him to double check with the landlord that they would be happy with everything.
