I would give this company less if i could. I live in spain and im pregnant i cant fly for first 3 months to witch i will then be renting a property and then buying property again in the uk. I simply asked if i could have a virtual viewing as i need to have things set up asap for the next few months. After waiting over a week for them going back and forth to come back to me again ( after me chasing ) they refused and said i would need to be in person. ( I cant fly !!!) The other companies have been amazing with us and have no issue with us viewing their property virtually. When i can fly we would obviously meet them but why does seeing my whole body make a difference for a viewing? I would hate to be the owner of the property leaving this company to look after it for me. Costing money and not helping by the looks of it. Plus they could have had a house sale out of us after the lease. Communication is terrible and service is no better.

They failed to complete contractual obligations which resulted in my property damage which they took no responsibility for and and had to be resolved with Property Ombudsman intervention.
