Be aware of Ashton Estate Chadwell Heath! Being Tenent they will take all your deposit. They will only support landlords and whatever he will ask them to detect they will support the landlord only and you will loose maximum of your deposit. So be careful from them they are landlord friendly not tenant. As they make money from landlords properties and tenents are just number from them. Avoid Ashton my personal experience as being tenent with them. O yes! their contractor may break property also but they will charge and take money from your deposit so be careful with their contractors and handy man also. Not Recommended at all! If you want to loose your deposit and want to have trouble get rental property from them. I wish I could give them 0 stars but have to give one star to proceed with the reviews and our experience. Property was cleaned thoroughly, rubbish was not rubbish that was left over from the previous tenants and the landlord which we are not responsible! Already issue was with property about leakage and they charged from us by providing false inventory. Be careful with their inventory also as this does not show what they have and use at the end to make landlords happy and to keep their property with them again! Not trustworthy at all

We found the staff especially Sian so helpful every step of the way. If we did have a problem they take it away from you and sort the problem out for us i.e. Liaise with the solicitor. We would definitely recommend... Read Full Review
