Absolutely brilliant estate agent, from start to finish. Sian first, and then Francis looked after us. Communication, and viewings were first class. We were very impressed, and would highly recommend them.

Be aware of Ashton Estate Chadwell Heath! Being Tenent they will take all your deposit. They will only support landlords and whatever he will ask them to detect they will support the landlord only and you will loose maximum of your deposit. We found the staff especially Sian so helpful every step of the way. If we did have a problem they take it away from you and sort the problem out for us i.e. Liaise with the solicitor. We would definitely recommend... Read Full Review
