We have been so impressed with Josh and the team at Hinchliffe Holmes, we cannot recommend them highly enough. Selling a house is a stressful time, you want someone that is working hard for you and doing their best to assist you. From our first meeting, the personal and modern touch to selling houses was very different from our previous experiences and that of the other estate agents we approached this time. Josh was knowledgeable and his advice was very much appreciated. The advertising and brochure were impressive. The team was efficient at organising what was required, but we feel the most impressive aspect was their communication with us. Keeping us up to date with progress. All queries were answered almost immediately and followed up in a timely fashion, no leaving messages and waiting for replies. You will not regret your decision if you opt for Josh and Hinchliffe Holmes to represent you.
