Letting agent is extremely unhelpful/confrontational, but will not meet face to face. Large proportion of my deposit removed for "cleaning" despite no evidence of this. Opening hours on their own website do not reflect actual opening hours.

Thomas and his team have been great whilst we move my elderly father. Thomas is considerate and very understanding of the situation. I had four agents value my late fathers property. I was very impressed with Thomas, from Essex Guild Homes, notwithstanding that he did not provide the highest valuation.
