I was with Essex Guild Homes however moved to a different lettings agency because of the total lack of professionalism. After 2 months I get a call from Essex Guild asking me as a landlord to complete a survey on how I feel they perform, no further explanation needed really, they were never up to date and so it seems to continue, so happy I moved agents

6 Oct 2021Alison, it was us as a company who terminated our contract with you due to the way you continuously verbally abused our staff on more that one occasion. We have a zero tolerance policy on abusive behaviour towards members of staff. I’m happy your happy with your new agent.

Thomas and his team have been great whilst we move my elderly father. Thomas is considerate and very understanding of the situation. I had four agents value my late fathers property. I was very impressed with Thomas, from Essex Guild Homes, notwithstanding that he did not provide the highest valuation.
