Awful experience from day 1. Receptionist had no idea what he was doing, kept undercharging me during payment of deposit. Any problems in the flat were dealt with after 3 or 4 phone calls and still took AGES. Regular visits, sometimes unannounced. Did not receive any deposit back due to a number of reasons which were completely untrue. e.g. broken bedroom lock, even though we had monthly lock checks where nothing was said. Could not produce move in video. However after months of dispute, I did have some charges taken off and got £40 back from deposit. TERRIBLE!!!!

Shite experience with grant properties, rented a student flat in the west end, our heating broke in November, we didn't get it fixed till January. There are only a few good things I can say about grant properties after a year of enduring a tenancy with them. I really would not recommend any student to rent with them.
