Unfortunately our experience with Proffit & Holt was unbelievably disappointing… We had our offer accepted for 2 weeks with all documents and solicitors ready for purchase, we have now lost our property because a second offer has been put through even though we had been promised this would not happen. We our first time buyers and since the beginning they have been pushing us to make a higher price… they have made our first experience extremely stressful and now feel like we have to walk on egg shells with other estate agents because of not keeping their word. We recommend If you try to make a purchase with P&H for your future dream house just be prepared for the worse. Also if you read the other reviews you can tell it’s not just us this has happened to… we wished read them first.

My recent experience with the Abbots Langley branch was very disappointing. I choose them in good faith local company but they seemed very lack lustre and were poor communicators.They used the excuse of Covid circumstances that were causing problems getting Tennant’s, when they did it...
