I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a property through AMRP Relocation, and I must say it was the worst landlord experience I have ever had. If you value your sanity and well-being, I strongly urge you to steer clear of this company. Here are just a few of the countless issues I encountered: Property Conditions: Upon moving in, I was shocked to find the property in an almost uninhabitable condition. It was clear that no effort had been made to ensure a livable environment. The place was filthy, with various damages and defects throughout. It was evident that no care or attention had been given to maintaining the property. False Charges: To add insult to injury, AMRP Relocation had the audacity to charge me for services that were never provided. It felt like a deliberate attempt to squeeze every penny out of me. Their dishonesty and lack of integrity are truly astounding. Sewage Disaster: The pinnacle of their incompetence was when I had to endure an overflowed sewage issue in the backyard for a staggering six months. Despite repeated complaints and pleas for assistance, AMRP Relocation did nothing until they received a legal notice from the council, giving them a mere 48 hours to address the problem. The fact that they allowed such a hazardous situation to persist for half a year demonstrates their complete disregard for the well-being of their tenants. Unresolved Repairs: Even after multiple requests, some of the repairs that were promised to be addressed were left untouched. It was clear that AMRP Relocation had no intention of fulfilling their responsibilities as landlords. Their lack of professionalism and commitment to providing a safe and habitable living environment is truly appalling. Ignorance and Neglect: Throughout my tenancy, AMRP Relocation displayed a shocking level of ignorance and neglect towards their tenants. They were unresponsive to urgent concerns, unapologetic for their failures, and dismissive of the hardships they put us through. Their complete lack of empathy and accountability is absolutely infuriating. In conclusion, AMRP Relocation proved to be the epitome of an unscrupulous and negligent landlord. I implore anyone considering renting through this company to think twice. Save yourself the countless headaches, frustrations, and potential health hazards. Avoid AMRP Relocation at all costs.
