Air source heating not services for 2 years left me with a £6000 electric bill and repairs took 4 months leaking water for 7 days ruin wallpaper floors on 2 levels and they offer £100 compensation for that , my complaint is ongoing 7 months later with no talking myself still waiting on a repair for a back door that was placed in March23 it’s now june , DISGUSTING SERVICE DONT BOTHER ..

Very very disappointed with grand union right now . After our bathroom was very poorly installed a few years ago we have been trying to get the shoddy work put right since the day the unprofessional workers left. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
