Very very disappointed with grand union right now . After our bathroom was very poorly installed a few years ago we have been trying to get the shoddy work put right since the day the unprofessional workers left. This has resulted in many many phone calls and emails along with poor customer service and on some occasions incorrect notes being added to the system making us out to be troublesome tenants. We have had jobs booked in and then the wrong tradesmen turns up and is unable to complete the work and we never hear anything back after being promised a call by the end of the day to resolve and rebook the correct tradesmen, we have had surveyors say they can't see a problem or refussed to accept a problem or when they do accept there is a problem and promise it will be sorted they book jobs in but again it never gets completed, there is currently scolding hot pipe's been left accessable to my children one of which has ASD and no sense of danger, window sill that is made of wood and not waterproof at all, the sink not in correct place nor is the toilet , skirting boards not even attached to the wall and just fall off , I mean the list is endless not to mention out boiler has a leak (has done for a very long time) looses pressure and some days we wake up to a freezing cold house or no hot water ,our NEW front door is very loose and infact has ruined my freshly painted walls. This is just not acceptable we have been a grand union tenant for 12+ years and this is all we ever get shame on you grand union When we have tryed to essculate our concerns we find the customer service department refuss to pass us on to the correct department and feel we are hitting a brick wall with the endless promises of calls back

Air source heating not services for 2 years left me with a £6000 electric bill and repairs took 4 months leaking water for 7 days ruin wallpaper floors on 2 levels and they offer £100 compensation for that , my complaint is ongoing 7 months later with no talking myself still ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
