One star is far too much for this absolutely dismal service. Three months to change a fridge, one month to sort out internet service, they are unable to be contacted after hours so things like plumbing emergencies can rip through a property causing untold thousands of pounds worth of damage while... We were lied to by Greyfox as we said we would not accept an offer until they had seen a sales memo for our buyers house to prove they were in a proceed-able position.
