As the Executor of a deceased relative's estate,I had to sell an inherited property during lockdown. I found Esther and her colleagues at the Rainham branch to be very professional and efficient. Once marketed, they arranged a large number of viewings within the first week, qualified the potential buyers and in the end got a higher sale price than I had expected. The initial chain did collapse, as these things often do, but as Greyfox were also acting for my buyers, they were able to build an alternative chain and in the end the sale went through at the agreed price to the original buyers. Under the current circumstances, with every stage of the process taking much longer, I had no complaints at all. I felt I was kept up to date with all developments at every stage of the process and would recommend their services.

This was our second home sold through Greyfox Rainham and like before the service we experienced was excellent. The house was sold in no time and the whole process was carried out very smoothly. Rafiq, the manager of the branch, although being very busy stayed in contact with us for the entire length of the process, providing us also with valuable and sensible advice. The same can be said for Ester and the other members of staff. Unlike other agencies we dealt with in the past, at Greyfox staff was willing to listen to the customers without imposing their views. We are happy to have chosen them and we would certainly recommend them.

Greyfox - professional, efficient, effective and above all really care about their customers. The whole team were such a support when we reluctantly had to sell our parent's property. There realistic and expert knowledge of the housing market, provided a quality service for a quick and smooth sale from the very beginning to completion. Great co-ordination throughout the process from photographs, energy ratings, floor plans, marketing and promotion of the property. Updates were provided weekly either by email or phone regarding the sale progress along with much needed reassurance to ourselves. We unreservedly recommend their services without hesitation and they will be our preferred choice for future property matters. Thank you Rafike, Esther, Ted, Sarah and all the Greyfox Team.

After house viewing all day we were about to give up for the day that is until we got to our last viewing which was with Esther although it still wasn't what we were looking for , Esther suggested another property in an area we hadn't even considered, we arranged to view it that day ,and as soon as we walked through the front door we knew it was the house for us ! The team at Rainham were very helpful throughout the whole process of buying the property (something we hadn't done for 23 years) and were able to help us when we needed an answer to a question from our solicitor .

What I expected to be a completely overwhelming experience turned out to be completely the opposite and I am truly grateful to Esther and her team for their support.
Greyfox also provides details of a broker service which I absolutely recommend. They got me a great deal for my mortgage!
I am now settled in my lovely new home and couldn't be happier with the service I received.
