If you are thinking of renting, do not go near this agency. Our family has had the worst experience with their lettings manager. We had seen a property that we loved, paid a holding deposit, was due to sign the form, agent very cunningly delayed to send over the form. Have messages that all was agreed with the landlord. We gave notice to our previous place , due to move in two weeks. Then out of nowhere the agent tells us that the landlord had a death in his family and was pulling out of the letting. he told us that there was a POA at play and they were struggling to get signatures. We later found out that this was all a lie and the agent let it out to other tenants, despite taking a holding fee from us and lying to us throughout the whole process. We have a young daughter and we were put in a position where we would be out of a home in 2 weeks. Do not go near this agency, they are liars and management have not done anything to change the culture. Sadly it is agents like you that give a bad name to the industry!
