If I could say NO STARS- Imagine having 2 children, no electric or heating and poo coming out of your all sinks including kitchen sink and bath and down from the kitchen ceiling… dripping on you from different parts in your kitchen …this is what this property letting has left us in for 4 months...I was ignored, emails ignored, voicemails ignored..The worst experience I have ever had with a letting agency.. I had no access to water, I have two children, I have poo coming up from my sink in my kitchen, I have had poo water coming down from my ceiling in the kitchen, it cut off the electrics, all my food has gone off now.. I wish this was my only issue but my front door would swell every winter which causes us to really fight the door because we can’t get out the house(major fire hazard)… I also went months and months with no bathroom pipe attached to the sink, kids brushed teeth in bath for I think 8 months because of it, my front room door completely come off it’s hinges- 6 months ago maybe, and they took pictures but didn’t do anything. I told this letting agency all of this.. I have been ignored, at this point, I am so looking forward to my compensation because the way I deserve it, the way my children deserve it. No child deserves to live like this. This company is just taking my money and leaving me n my children to get seriously sick. This letting agency needs to be exposed @crimewatch .. I am literally posting this on every platform until I get compensated… they would x come to the property and take pictures of me and my children through the window during lockdown … all rent was paid on time, Property looked after I’m my side…I do not care if I hold you accountable, you should not punish your tenants because I tell you that you are wrong and taking them photos were wrong. I should have called the police on you!

14 May 2025The lack of empathy, urgency, and basic professionalism is shocking. It honestly feels like they just want to tick boxes and move on, regardless of how tenants are actually living. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Communication is practically non-existent—emails and calls are ignored for weeks, if not completely. If you’re looking for support, respect, or even a simple response—look elsewhere. This company does not care about families or vulnerable people in need. I had no heating for nearly a month in the dead of winter with 4 young children. I told the company and they said they would sort it asap, only to have me waiting days. I called up the gas company and they told me that the job had been cancelled not long after it was booked, by them. I wasn’t made aware by anyone that this had happened and was forced to endure a bitterly cold house. I’ve made several complaints to this company about things such as the lights constantly short circuiting and they have fallen on deaf ears. Avoid this company at all costs.

Moving in and using smart space was a smart move, Ibrahim was very helpful and they made sure the landlord put everything in place before I moved in. They always respond to their emails and calls which made communication with them and the landlord easy. This agency deserve a 5 ... Read Full Review

Disgraceful property management. They don't know what they are doing and the never get back to you. They will allow tenants to ruin your property and as a property owner they make you powerless. Incredibly poor service. Does not reply to emails (one phone call after 30+ emails from myself and other residents). Avoid this company.
