Disgraceful property management. They don't know what they are doing and the never get back to you. They will allow tenants to ruin your property and as a property owner they make you powerless. Read their guaranteed rent lease very carefully - it's ridiculous. Learn from my mistake and don't let your property to this unprofessional and unreliable agency

If I could say NO STARS- Imagine having 2 children, no electric or heating and poo coming out of your all sinks including kitchen sink and bath and down from the kitchen ceiling… dripping on you from different parts in your kitchen …this is what this property letting has left ... Read Full Review

Moving in and using smart space was a smart move, Ibrahim was very helpful and they made sure the landlord put everything in place before I moved in. They always respond to their emails and calls which made communication with them and the landlord easy. This agency deserve a 5 ... Read Full Review

Incredibly poor service. Does not reply to emails (one phone call after 30+ emails from myself and other residents). Avoid this company.
