Wish I could give 0 stars. Louisa in particular is awful, literally the worst person I've ever had the displeasure of having to speak too. There was once literal human sewage all over the carpark of our flat building, and Louisa was more concerned that I was calling up but wasn't the owner of my flat than the faeces everywhere. The customer service is non existent here by everyone, rude and generally awful bunch of humans.
