very very rude staff no customer service skills atal. when you call to simply as them to fix things in the property or to just do there job they seem to take great offence to that and find the need to be rude and belittle you. Fairhalls estate agents are ******, 9 months with no gas safety certificate, 2 weeks with no heating or hot water, damp so bad that Avalon and I have both been continuously ill with chest infections, roof blows off over Christmas and no one bothers to repair it or make or house safe.
