As a disclaimer, this isn't directed at all the staff but at the management. Unprofessional, incompetent and with a despicable attitude sums up the management, who believe that going back on their word (in writing or otherwise) is an acceptable way to run a business. I would not recommend the agency to anyone who wants to be treated with respect as a tenant for the following reasons: - The agency forced us to agree to major works in the last five days of our tenancy by deliberately downplaying how major the works would be. - Their contractor blocked our fire exit for a whole day, which was only addressed when we repeatedly called them about it. - Their contractor left a mess which they expected us to clean up. - Their actions left us without use of our kitchen for four days. - They at first refused any compensation for not being able to use our kitchen, then decided that it was reasonable to offer £15 per day to cover the cost of eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner in London. - They have repeatedly refused to address our concerns, including but not limited to choosing to ignore their promises to us in writing, referring to unsigned documents and treating them as if they have legal significance and the astounding lack of communication throughout the entire situation. All in all, their attitude is despicable because they caused us a major issue, especially in our last week at the rented property, and not only failed to adequately address it themselves but also saw it fit to go back on their word to us. Overall, untrustworthy and unprofessional, would not recommend them to anyone who values themselves as a customer or as a human being.
