I have dealt with Urban Lettings for the past 8 years, as a landlord. I have always found Christian and his team to be very fair and professional, with a can do attitude and showing attention to detail.

As a disclaimer, this isn't directed at all the staff but at the management. Unprofessional, incompetent and with a despicable attitude sums up the management, who believe that going back on their word (in writing or otherwise) is an acceptable way to run a business. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
