<p>AVOID AT ALL COST. Having dealt with *^*^*( the owner, representing Moss& Co) as a property manager all I can say is that he is rude, aggressive unprofessional, and a law breaker, they have harassed, trespassed and insulted us as tenants, changed the locks despite rent being paid have denied any wrong doing or bad behaviour on their part. Truly disgusting. He has also just told lies in reply to my review on google. There are some good egg's at this company, but sadly *^*^* the owner is not one of them, not worth the risk as a tenant or a landlord. again avoid at all costs.</p>

30 Aug 2023Dear Jean-Paul I don't want us to fall out unnecessarily over this misunderstanding. The one text message that you claim that you sent (I trust you may have sent it but it was not received), is simply not sufficient given the following communications from us over the past month, in addition to several visits to the property (without access) to see if anyone was in. I was genuinely concerned for you both. We could see the bike in the hallway and so the flat did not look abandoned. I even contacted your mother to see if you were ok. Given that we have had no communication from you, it is not true to assert as you do, that you refused permission to access the property. I think that you must have simply ignored all the correspondence, texts and emails from us. If you had rung to explain your position earlier then we would at least have understood and left you alone. You would have been in breach of contract, but that is your choice. Log of messages: The following is an example of communications sent to you giving reasonable notice of an appointment to view, given the obligation under the terms of the tenancy to allow access for re letting in the last 60 days of the tenancy. This was repeated 16 times for the 16 prospective tenants who had to be repeatedly postponed and rebooked due to a total lack of response from you. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
