Please avoid if you can unless you want all your complaints thrown in the bin and landlord threats.

21 Aug 2023I couldn't agree more! That is exactly my experience too. I've complained about having to pay Yorkshire Water for an increased bill that was due to a leaking toilet which was the responsibility of Linley & Simpson. Ebony Robinson - and indeed all her colleagues - simply ignore all emails and phone calls.

If I could give no stars then I would! The staff are totally incompetent and rude! They thing it’s ok to charge tenants for every little thing when the house was cleaner than when it was handed over.
