I wouldn't deal with them! Stay clear of his company, he will leave you without proper maintenance in the property and numerous clauses to get at your pockets within the contracts you sign. He will also try his best to keep your bond before you leave the property.

Tenants beware, expect the most appalling service, contracts no longer than 6 months with applicable fees, also every 6 months, so if you dare to complain about how long it takes for repairs, you will be told that your contract will not be renewed, that is exactly what happened to me, I was left 6 ... I would avoid this organisation at all costs. The owner has been imprisoned for fraud in the past and tries his best to pinch every penny he can from you. The staff are rude on the phone when you speak to them and they are slow at resolving issues with properties. All in all i had a very bad ... Read Full Review

dishonest and tricky agency, let me sign a contract...they stated damp work has been done. What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent should have taken notice of complaints if they were not solved by landlord should have ended the contract and returned my bond not forced me to live in unfit condition with children. agent should have made sure house was fit to live in before i signed the contract.

The company is one of the worst we have rented from. They tend not to show people around the property expecting the tennants to show new tennants around.
