Took fees up front for letting a commercial property. Did little research on the business. I had to write the letting information on the commercial property. They brought completely inappropriate potential tenants to the property for the existing shared tenants. They were unable to give any expert advice as commercial estate agents I found this shocking. Unable to give any current advice about the sales times and how to market the property. Did not provide the sales board as standard. I would avoid:

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
