This company are Charlatans at best. They are highly disingenuous and mislead prospective customers. I viewed a number of properties with them, and there has always been an excuse why when I have said "yes" to one that they dont go ahead with the deal. In one case they started a bidding war well above asking rent (the LL could always have asked for more if they wanted it!). They try to play people off against one another in some kind of talent show & continue to show people round a property even though you are well along the process of saying "yes" before then bumping you off. In another case, and the most recent, a cash deal, several years up front, I said yes to the property, was then told they wanted to wait for more viewings before moving ahead, I said no way because I want the place and eventually their excuse was they couldn't contact the LL for over a week. Then when they did "she already accepted a private offer". The property is still listed on Rightmove with pictures from 3 years ago.
