Dire. Left in a property for 2 months with a broken boiler and no hot water. Sent an engineer around whose fix was to put tape on the boiler pipe. After numerous calls and chasing I woke up to a carbon monoxide alarm going off, which I paid for and purchased due to the ongoing boiler safety issues. This resulted in my supply being cut off and having to pay to have all my furniture to be removed from the property whilst the boiler leaked into my bedroom. Had to sleep in the lounge and have no hot water.

I would advise everyone not to step foot near Martin & Co. They are by far the WORST agency we have ever been with.
