The first ever Beresfords branch opened its doors for business in Upminster in 1968. Since then, although the Company has grown considerably, it has never lost sight of its roots and still takes great pride in offering a very personal and professional service to each and every one of its customers.

I naturally have very high expectations and I have to say that Beresfords consistently exceeded them. Our property, unexpectedly came up for renewal in November and I was incredibly concerned about the prospect of finding a new tenant with it being so close to Christmas. I spoke to Karen and she was absolutely fabulous. She reassured me, took control and skilfully guided us through the process. The entire team is simply superb, from Karen, Lauren M, Christopher, Lauren J, Abby and Leanne. They have a real sense of urgency and empathy, resulting in us securing new tenants in November. Each of them epitomise, efficiency, professionalism and tenacity. They continuously kept us informed and went beyond expectations. They work tirelessly hard to do the best for both tenant and landlord. An absolute joy to work with alongside flawless delivery! Thank you.

Beresfords weren’t the cheapest agent, but you truly pay for what you get. If you want an agent who will work hard to achieve the best possible price in the market, they are the team to trust. My home is my biggest asset, and I’m genuinely glad I chose Beresfords to handle the sale.
