Rented a house through them in Stoke for my family, a semi-detached 3 bed, upon viewing I have been told the garden will be cleaned and will be provided with grass seeds and a fence mesh as well as a back garden decking. Upon moving the heating didn't work, the garden was a mess, no back gate was installed, and the personnel was totally rude and unprofessional. HEATING - Asked for a plumber, forgot about it, mentioned that they didn't think I needed it since I didn't insist on it. Andrew from the agency mentioned he will call me an hour before his arrival (plumber), didn't call, just advised the plumber could not enter the property because he could not access the key box (which he did access and left open just didn't flip the switch), we mentioned that our 2 yo is catching a cold and we will be moving to a hotel, they send someone in to pressure the system and we had the plumber in the second day, it said that it is because the installation has not been used in a while and that is why is not working properly, I keep chasing the agency , no sign of any other plumber yet ( we have a 2 yo in the house as well). The garden is a mess and a danger for ourselves and the neighbors. We had goods were stolen from it (my daughter's garden toys), and we had to put all of our garden toys and furniture in storage. Chasing the agency for a date when the gate will be installed and the garden will be cleaned, but still no update, after last week they said the gate will be installed. Regarding the photo attached, I have no date or time as of which this will be done, so no agreement, just the verbal promise that eventually at some point "when the weather will be right" someone will come. Apart from this, there are other smaller issues, such as the dishwasher is not working, the floors are not finished, the walls started cracking, the radiators having rust on them, and behind the radiator, there is still wallpaper that has not been removed from before "refurbishing". The drainage is not working properly, the shower water is running on the external walls, and the washing machine sewage is going straight into the garden. The boiler room(which is in the house) has not been even repainted) If you can, please avoid!
