The Landlord Letting Company

This company rented a property to my daughter who is a single mother with a 5 year old little girl KNOWING there was a convicted sex offender living NEXT DOOR! Apparently they received information prior to our letting that this individual was living there yet chose to withhold that information and to not do checks because they manage 600 other properties and they don’t have time and they’re under no obligation. While this may make business sense, surely if you had any MORALS at all you wouldn’t allow a little girl to move in next door! Or at least give us a heads up!!!! The attitude of the manager is disgraceful, hostile and argumentative. Luckily we were still within our cooling off period so we could move her out quick smart but as a result of them withholding this information they have cost us hundreds in unnecessary moving fees, time and now my daughter is homeless having to sleep on my sofa until we can find somewhere else and she gets her deposit back which will take a month. Do they care??? No! The response is basically it’s tough! How do people like this sleep at night KNOWING that they put a young girl at risk! All to make a quick buck! They didn’t have to do this. Greedy and shameful. Avoid like the plague!!
