I seen a house that me and my partner really wanted to view, unfortunately she couldn't attend the viewing so I was the only one present at the viewing. I viewed the house which someone was still living in. I was very pleased the house was very clean and tidy. So I was very interested and me and partner wanted to live in this area as it was easier to get to work for both of us and family was in the area. so I rang the office and said we were interested and they took a couple of details off me and said a member of staff will ring me back. so I waited all day and had no call. So I rang them Friday afternoon around 4-5pm and I spoke to another member of staff and they took more details off me and said when do I want to move in and I said as soon as possible they asked me do I work and my partner work and I said yes and explained what we do for a living. They then said they will contact me back tomorrow (next day) and they will give me an update and that they will wait for other people to ring in first and the landlord will make a decision which I found absolutely unfair even though I said I can pay a holding fee and pay deposits right away. So, they didn't ring me back. I waited 2 full days. So I rang them this morning and they advised me that the house is already gone on Friday but they never told me this while on the phone to them Friday getting me and my partners hopes up that we are more ales having this house. I am absolutely gutted as they get your hopes up for nothing. So what I recommend is if your going for a house with these just remember they could be lying to you. Thankyou for reading.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
