Duncan Raistrick used to be a very good estate agent under Mr Raistrick himself however this is my personal experience. Had to ask for a sign to be put up after 3 weeks, came to take photos and I asked for EPC person to come with him, no that never happened, had a viewing and asked for a reminder day before, no that never happened, "they said that I might of remembered, mmmmmm" day of viewing never...
