Duncan Raistrick used to be a very good estate agent under Mr Raistrick himself however this is my personal experience. BEWARE of a certain bungalow property they are advertising in Thornton, had it on their books for some time, the price keeps on increasing every couple of months. I feel this ... Read Full Review

Had to ask for a sign to be put up after 3 weeks, came to take photos and I asked for EPC person to come with him, no that never happened, had a viewing and asked for a reminder day before, no that never happened, "they said that I might of remembered, mmmmmm" day of viewing never ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
