If you are a first time renter and you have no clue what you are doing… Bethany would stay in frequent contact with me and explain things that I did not quite understand, as I’ve never been through the process before. Also, I found with other estate agents because we were new renters and young couple, they wasn’t so interested in helping us. However, we run into a couple of problems with documents on our side, moving into the flat and Bethany helped us by finding another way around the problem. Understandable that this isn’t always the case. However she didn’t just give up on us or the situation. The no deposit scheme helped us massively, and I didn’t even know it existed until Bethany helped us put forward for it and it’s saved us paying five weeks upfront rent. They are all very approachable at Fox and Sons, and I would recommend them to anyone of all ages. Especially Bethany bond because I just feel like she genuinely cared about us. Thank you again
