Disappointing first call to Goadsby Wareham office on the back of wanting a valuation of a property to sell. Abrupt telephone manner - not once but twice. Firstly to a letting agent and then a sales agent. They were evasive when asked about commission rates, unprofessional when comparing their services to that of other agents and generally lacking in customer focus. I actually had to ask to 'reset' the conversation as it had gone so wrong. Suffice to say they won't be getting my business. And as for their stated USP of 360 degree videos - prepare to feel very sick when you watch them as you process distorted elongated views of room spaces and furniture. I had a perfectly pleasant experience with 2 other local agents - Purbeck Property and Albury & Hall.
