Absolutely shocking company. Terrible communication, never deal with any issues and try to keep your deposit in any way they can. Rav- the boss is an incompetent and corrupt imbecile.

Staffs r not bad. The boss seems unpleasant. Overall hard to get in touch with them when you got flat problem to fix and dispute the deposit. Ark lettings are extremely rude and unprofessional. They lie and do everything to get what they want even if it violates the law such as threatening.
