Absolutely dreadful. Ark Lettings are the most unprofessional company I have had the misfortune to deal with.*The boss, is rude, unpleasant, dishonest and utterly incompetent. He lacks any understanding of how to run a business and if you have a problem takes an absolute age to respond. He tries to charge for absolutely everything and has a passive aggressive demeanour about him. I honestly think he is one of the most *** I have ever met.

Staffs r not bad. The boss seems unpleasant. Overall hard to get in touch with them when you got flat problem to fix and dispute the deposit. Ark lettings are extremely rude and unprofessional. They lie and do everything to get what they want even if it violates the law such as threatening. I don\'t think there is a solution to Rav\'s rudeness and complete lack of professionalism. I have my doubts as to how he got this job in the first place.

Been polite and understood that he was taking advantage of a person looking to move to Birmingham and was noe left out of pocket and out of accommodation.
