The only person who was able to help with my overcharges was Matthew from the finance team, I was ignored for weeks by most other members of staff after many calls and emails. Another male advisor escalated my problem to the finance team, so many thanks to him too! If only all the workers were as helpful as them!

If I could give no stars I would...not fit for purpose. We moved from Hacking and Paterson. 91bc is so much worse - if that is possible. They get nothing done. A quick search on companies house and you will find that this company is technically trading insolvent for the last 2 years. Our estate recently appointed 91BC and they have been fantastic! I have never come across a factor who responds faster - we always get an answer within the same day. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
