A quick search on companies house and you will find that this company is technically trading insolvent for the last 2 years. Worse still, they had a compulsory strike off action in December 2019 https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC495901/filing-history For an 'established' property factor trading 5 years, this is concerning. I have no idea how they are still being allowed to trade, however what is clear is that any work guarantees they personally offer are not worth the paper their are written on. In my opinion its just a matter of time before they fold or set up under a different legal entity, wiping all their debt and guarantees/obligations.

We have invested heavily in the last 12 months on technology, and (of arguably greater importance) on the addition of more really good people to our team. Our turnover of staff is negligible, a boast which is unusual for our industry. That is because we look after them, pay them properly, promote flexible working and provide a generous holiday allowance. Despite this past year’s expenditure, we have zero (nil) bank debt. Our accounts are up to date on Companies House (SC512545). The entry for SC495901 (91BC Ltd) relates to a company formed in 2014 by two of the directors of 91BC Property Services Ltd, and is the Companies House entry which you have referenced in your review. That company is concerned with the renovation of property, on a project by project basis, as such is prone to adverse cash ratios when large projects are work in progress. SC495901 is unconnected to our factoring company, 91BC Property Services Ltd, which as previously stated is trading in profit and is debt-free. For further context, SC495901 is completing its final project and will be wound up following the completion and resultant sale of that asset, early in 2021.

If I could give no stars I would...not fit for purpose. We moved from Hacking and Paterson. 91bc is so much worse - if that is possible. They get nothing done. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
