This estate agent did not feed back to us. There was an open day for a property which my company wanted to view. We sent a request through their website and also used their chat facility on the website. No one got back to us. The advert stated there was an open day on a particular day for this property. We passed this property several times throughout the day and knocked on the door. There was no open day. We rang the office and were told someone will get in touch with us but again had no reply. My team tried several times to view this property on the day but no one got back to us. Looks like they are not interested in making an effort for their client. This is very unprofessional and they waste other people's time.

As if it depended on me, I would not give a single star. They promise everything before signing the contract, then it turns out that you have to pay for electricity and water as much as rent. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
