As if it depended on me, I would not give a single star. They promise everything before signing the contract, then it turns out that you have to pay for electricity and water as much as rent. The rooms are damp, there is no efficient sewage system, there are rats in the garden and there is a muddle, there is no access to rubbish bins. This estate agent did not feed back to us. There was an open day for a property which my company wanted to view. We sent a request through their website and also used their chat facility on the website. No one got back to us. The advert stated there was an open day on a particular day for this ...
