Had a good experience with Town and Country Wrexham today. I'm a landlord who manages my own rental property, but with the new legislation with Rent Smart Wales coming in on the 1st December I called around a few agent to ask there advice and out of the 5 agents I called only only Simon from Town and Country was happy to give me advise. Following my call I have decided to allow them to manage my property moving forward. I would highly recommend Town and Country Wrexham

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
