STOLE £18000 FROM US!! We were emailing back and forth with Michael and the tenancy agreement had been signed by all parties. ONE DAY before moving in, they voided our tenancy agreement and claimed their emails got hacked and that the hacker sent us the wrong bank details to send the money to. Ideal Moves refused to take responsibility, ignored our emails and calls and acted as if it had nothing to do with them. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. BE CAREFUL!!!

This agency is terrible I am not happy with the services they provide. They were managing my property and have failed to register the tenants deposit also they have always paid my rent late I dont know what they do with my money.
