AWFUL SERVICE this company has a serious attitude problem. no customer service whatsoever. the person answaring the phone sounded like he was either drunk or high. talking in a drunken slur that was almost impossible to grasp.. NO FUCKS GIVEN. could not care less about offering viewings.. every call felt like it was a burden for them to respond to. no matter the service your looking for, these guy will act as an obstacle every step of the way. starting right at the beginning trying to get u to hang up by being as lazy on the phone as humanly possible.

5 Aug 2025If you are a first time renter, student or not that knowledgeable when it comes to renting, they will cut corners and try to take complete advantage of you. They would always drag their feet or just not reply without at least 1-2 follow ups when it came to communication about repairs, or really any assistance at all that would cost them time or money, even when the property became unsafe. And majority of the "repairs" we requested were things in the house that had been left unfinished or done to a poor standard. Had people wandering the property because they thought it was abandoned, which goes to show the state it was left in. This still did not prompt them to do anything any faster. Constantly tried to lie or confuse us to get what they wanted. Has taken over 4 weeks for them to reach a decision with our deposit that we have to go through a third party. If you can avoid them, please do!

This agency is terrible I am not happy with the services they provide.
